1Where are custom services hosted?

We have access to data centres around the world, depending on the location, we will locate and find a data centre for your requirements.

2What is the SLA uptime?

Our Data Centre providers provide a 100% Network Uptime so we expect your application to be available 24/7. Sometimes there are instances where services may become unavailable, however our team monitor and look into all downtime instances swiftly.

3Is your hosting green?

Our servers are powered by the UK grid, due to the power mix on the Grid, green energy cannot be guaranteed. The Data Centre we use has a 180Kw solar installation on the roof, used to power the data centre on sunny days.
